Hi how to return big items
I returned faulty shoes to store 2 days after purchasing in store. The heel broke upon first use! I was told I am not allowed a refund until head office has inspected the heels. The refund has still not been sorted 6 weeks later. Absolutely disgusting! I will never shop here again and I have made everyone I possibly can aware of this non existent illegal “refund” policy.
