Please check your card/PayPal statement to see if your refund had appeared, this generally appears within 5 working days from the day the refund was issued. Or, please check your emails to see if we have provided you with a new code/voucher, this is dependant on your initial payment method. Hello I ordered a bathing suit on April 8 , and have not received it or got an email, and the money was tooken out of my account, I like some information before turning this over to legal action, thanks Lori Wiley
I returned 2 x items of clothing back to select fashion. I have not received a refund for these items, and have emailed the customer service team as instructed however not one of my emails have been answered. I have received an automatic responses which tells me that select fashion has been receiving my emails however there has not been one response back from them confirming when I was to expect my refund. Still days on and I have still not have had a response back, has really putted me off ordering again which is a shame as I have ordered many things from select.
Very disappointing - bad customer service
I returned a jumper but have not received my refund yet
