Please check the shipping method you have opted in to, to see whether the delivery time frame has passed. If the time frame has passed please contact the store to check whether they have your parcel, and if your parcel is still not in store please contact our customer services team for assistance.

Hi..i placed an order on 21st september to be delivered to the grantham store..i checked twice prior lockdown and it hadnt been sent there..ive e mailed four times and have had no response..so could someone please tell where my order has gone and will i be receiving the items as its now been two months.
I placed my orders 29 Nov and still hasn't been delivered to your branch at Grays. This is second time you've done this. If you don't have the products why are you selling them online and charging us for it?

Hi I placed an order on 16th December, received a despatch email on 17th December and then nothing, contacted the store not there, this is my 3rd email as not had any replies, customer service is horrendous

I ordered 16 pieces of clothes from your company on 25th December 2020 and I choose to collect the orders at WALSALL-451 STORE and also I paid this orders by visa debit and your company already taken money from my bank account on 26th December 2020.. I had email from you on 30 December 2020 and says "Your order: xxxxxxx has now been despatched. You will be notified by email when it is ready for collection". But by today's date I still don't receiving the next email about " READY FOR COLLECTION ". I was checking junk / spam folder but still not there.
After waiting and waiting, I decided to contact your SELECT FASHION CLICK & COLLECT SERVICES and CUSTOMER SERVICE teams through EMAILS but still no response from your company services.
Would you mind checking again your records about EMAIL NO 17526 and 17602 and to see if my orders has been properly sent? If the orders already in WALSALL-451 STORE, Please notify me about my orders and how to collect my orders at Walsall-451 Store?
Sorry, If For your company, money doesn't matters but For me, money does really matters especially for economic crisis like situation now.
