Hi I need my refund I didn't receive my order.
I haven't received any information or parcel and want a refund asap time wasters really unhappy with the online service and would like someone to contact me and information regarding a refund as I've had enough of emailing you and getting no response you take my money but fail to Inform me with any other than thank you for your email your ticket number is...I want answers
I also have received an incorrect item it was meant to be a size 8 and it is a size 12 and says size 12 on the label. Yet, I have contacted the store more than three to times with no avail. It is incredibly frustrating when you need the jacket in the correct size yet there is no response!
