I had a £20 credit note 18th of November 2020, My mother had just passed away so i put the credit note away, then all the shops shut in December, I have just found the credit note, i went to a shop and was told it was to late to use it, Please can you tell me if there is anything i can do. With the pandemic and shops being shut for so long its has been hard to remember what you had. THAMK YOU MR DIANE DAVIES

I read with interest DIANE DAVIES comments. I, too have two credit notes which I was given because you DO NOT refund money. We were in "Lockdown" for the duration of my credit note and your shops in my area were closed. After the note had expired I was told that I should have gone online. I try not to do this as I am old.
I am disgusted in your sales tatics but I will certainly not spend my money in your shop again and I hope this serves as a lesson to others.
I would also like to respond to your responses to e-mails
Time quoted by your staff to for them to respond to queries was disregarded and then the later responses were very unhelpful

I had bought some clothes month ago, from one of your stores located in Nottingham, UK (Bulwell). to give as a gift to someone, I had bought from your shop, the size wasn't right, then I came to ask if I could get the money back. They told me that they can't give me the money, and gave me a receipt, saying that I can use this receipt for next time as a credit note. I wasn't happy because I wanted my money back. last week I went to buy something from your store, they told me it was expired. in fact I saw the data on the receipt and it has expired. But I don't know if the money expires for you, I have an expiry date but for me the money doesn't expire and has no expiry date. what you are doing with customers is not right. However, so it's not a lot of money for you. £15.98 for someone like me who works day and night is a lot, you have to work almost 2 hours for that amount. Anyway I just wanted my money back.
