What happens if I miss a delivery?

You can track your delivery status once your parcel is with the courier. The tracking site will provide you with a delivery date as well as a time estimate. If your parcel is not delivered on the first attempt, the courier will try another 2 times over the following days before returning it back to us. If you have delivery instructions, or if you have missed your third delivery attempt please contact our customer services team.
