Iv been waiting for Hermes to receive my order since the 30th ? I ordered them on the 27th it’s now the 5th where are they and why is your contact number not working ?
Hermes said they are waiting to receive my parcel from you, usually this happens within a couple of days at most, it's been days now, how do I find out what's happening with it?
I ordered at the beginning of September we are now going into October so you take payment within seconds but fail to deliver my parcel, constantly trying to call but have not once heard a ring tone it's always line busy wtf is going on with this site I've always shopped at select but this is my first and last time of ordering online I just can't get an explanation of anyone just seem to be fobbed off constantly, will I ever receive my parcel???
