We do not offer a tracking service for Click & Collect parcels. All home deliveries are tracked, and we will send you an email with a link and tracking number to track your parcel with Hermes once your parcel is despatched. You can also use tracking link here.

27th I ordered my parcel Hermes waiting on parcel last Wednesday still nothing made another order Thursday no email yet my husband ordered clothes from jds after me and he’s had them telephone number doesn’t work and Iv emailed you not happy

I ordered mine on the 1st £149 pounds worth and still haven't received it hermes said last night they are waiting for it but still haven't got it and I haven't got a dispatch email or tracking number
And I can't even get through to them on the phone or by email

Yes I did bout an hour ago says should be with them by tomorrow if not got by Monday I will ask bank for refund
Yeah I got a email from them last night at 9pm and no despatch number or tracking number or anything I might have to do the same and ask my bank monday for a refund because I've been with select before and never had this trouble
I’m hoping it will arrive . But yes think with bank it take 10 days to sort once u done it as u can do it on the app rather than phone bank .
I ordered on 29th Dec £179, had email confirming my order and email from hermes saying awaiting my order and still haven't heard or received my order, emailed select asking where my order is had no reply, not happy!

I placed an order nearly two weeks ago , you have taken the money from my bank , I have had no confirmation email with tracking information from yourselves at all to this date ,Hermes contacted me over 5 days ago stating they were awaiting my parcel , yet still I have had no email confirming delivery of my items and no further information from Hermes. I placed orders with other clothing company’s at exactly the same time yet those orders I have already received , I have tried emailing yourselves and I have had an email back saying you will respond to my enquiry in 5 days , I have also tried your contact number for customer service however it makes to very loud static noises and then the call ends . I feel that if you can not give me any information by the weekend I will be contacting my bank to claim the money back .
Just thought I let you all no , that after 2 weeks my parcel is being delivered today by Hermes

Just received an email with tracking and dispatch information .
I received an email saying my order has been dispatched with tracking and then email from hermes saying they finally have my order, delivery date was 6th the same day i got the email so fingers crossed comes today the 8th
When is my ordering going to be delivered? You make it difficult to contact you and make a proper enquiry. Ordered on the 17th and on 23rd I'm still waiting and it won't come today - where is it? Nothing from Hermes since I paid you!
