    I have not received my order , I’ve had no tracking information either , Hermes said they were awaiting you giving them my parcel however they still have not received it , can you let me know where and when I will revived my parcel .

    I haven't received confirmation but the money has been taken from my account. Had an email from hermes saying they're waiting for it?
    How long until its delivered please?

    I have just put in my order number to track my parcel however it comes up with Hermes as courier and it states that they have no tracking or information for this parcel ?? Which I find very strange as I placed this order over a week ago now , i have had no confirmation email from select that my parcel has been sent out to the courier from yourselves , however you have taken the money from my account , Hermes stated over 5 days ago that they are awaiting the parcel from yourselves .however I have had no email from yourselves or from Hermes confirming anything about my order . Can you please reply via this site or through my emails as to where my parcel is and if I am likely to receive this parcel with the current lockdown happening because if not I would like a full refund .

    Dear CLICK&COLLECT Services and Customer Service Teams of Select Fashion,

    I ordered 16 pieces of clothes from your company on 25th December 2020 and I choose to collect the orders at WALSALL-451 STORE and also I paid this orders by visa debit and your company already taken money from my bank account on 26th December 2020.. I had email from you on 30 December 2020 and says "Your order: xxxxxxx has now been despatched. You will be notified by email when it is ready for collection". But by today's date I still don't receiving the next email about " READY FOR COLLECTION ". I was checking junk / spam folder but still not there.

    After waiting and waiting, I decided to contact your SELECT FASHION CLICK & COLLECT SERVICES and CUSTOMER SERVICE teams through EMAILS but still no response from your company services.

    Would you mind checking again your records about EMAIL NO 17526 and 17602 and to see if my orders has been properly sent? If the orders already in WALSALL-451 STORE, Please notify me about my orders and how to collect my orders at Walsall-451 Store?

    Sorry, If For your company, money doesn't matters but For me, money does really matters especially for economic crisis like situation now.

    Hi, I am sending you a email to find out when my order will be delivered , l have Not had any conformation yet. You have taken the amount out of my bank account 2 days ago 11 01 2021 l am very concerned when reading very BAD reviews about Select online shopping.Please resolve this situation as soon as possible either send my items or refund my money.

    Hi, I have also not received a confirmation email, I placed order on 18th and opted for express delivery, ,and have yet to receive any further communication regarding delivery of my order, going by the reviews this is common practice with your company, the fact that you take money from people for orders they aren't getting is dishonest, your service is a disgrace, please contact me regarding my delivery, I will be going to trading standards if I don't get a propt reply.

    I placed an order on 7th October and received my confirmation email with my order number, your website states that delivery is 5-7 working days I have had no update since then to tell me my order is out for delivery but the money was taken out my bank on the 7th. We are on the 7th working day with still no tracking number or despatch confirmation sent to em. I have tried to phone the customer service number provided on your website starting 01923382050 but every time I call it tells me destination is busy or just cuts me off. I've been trying to phone for days with no joy. I since then have emailed twice and still waiting for a response back. To me it all seems to suspicious that the company has gone bust!

    I placed an order on 9th Oct - UK express shipping 1-3 working days. I have a receipt/invoice and you took the money straight out of my bank - £80. I have had no correspondance since, and I have no goods!!!!!! I have tried to phone but your phone is constantly engaged and I have e-mailed already with no response. This is extremely bad customer service. Where are my goods???????

    This article is for in person transactions - they can ask but it’s not conditional for the sale, meaning you don’t have to. It’s what they then do with the extra details that would concern me.

    Hi This is my order reference number: 2000075795

    This is my order tracking number: T000XA0001225443
    I have been in touch with Hermes who have confirmed they did not leave it at my address or even in a secure place as in the images it is placed next to someone’s bin. I as suggested checked with neighbours but none have my parcel. I need someone to contact me to issue me a fund for my missing items. I would have happily had redelivery of my items however these were gifts for my daughter and the time I wish to gift them will have been and passed so I require a refund so I am able to purchase something else for the weekend, can someone please get in touch regarding this ASAP as this order was over £90 of goods which I can ill afford to be without and I have emails confirming Hermes accept full responsibility for not leaving this in a safe place or even at my house!
