My item was available before checkout and it is now out of stock, why?

We update our stock levels regularly but it is possible that an item will appear to be available after it has sold out. All orders that you place on our website will be subjected to acceptance in agreement with our terms and conditions and any unavailable products will be refunded. The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
